Data we collect
When you submit a form or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, project details, as well as technical context such as language, landing page, referrer and campaign parameters (UTM).
Why we collect it
To answer your request, prepare a proposal, and measure which channels bring enquiries. We do not sell your data.
Legal framework
We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and the GDPR where applicable.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent where required, we use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) to measure performance. Data sent to these tools may be pseudonymized or hashed.
Retention
Lead data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a contract requires longer retention.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@adgrow.ma.
